Service & Weather Policy

The plain-English version of what we promise, how billing works, and how we handle South Dakota weather. Please review before service begins.

Billing & Payment

  • A credit/debit card on file in your Client Hub is required to receive service. You authorize Lawn-Patrol to process that card for services rendered.
  • Weekly Mowing, Snow Removal and Ice Melt Applications are billed on the last calendar day of each month (weekend or holiday included).
  • All other services are billed the day they are completed (weekend or holiday included).
  • Late or declined payments incur a $20.00 late fee and service may be suspended until paid.
  • If you are not a Poo-Patrol client and dog waste is present on arrival, an additional cleanup fee applies.

Mowing Season

  • Weekly mowing runs approximately April through October, weather permitting.
  • Weekly mowing is a contractual service — by signing up you agree to the recurring schedule.
  • If we cannot complete a service due to inclement weather, we will reschedule.

Snow Removal & Ice Melt

  • Snow Removal and Ice Melt service runs approximately October through April, weather permitting.
  • Snow removal triggers at 1 inch of snowfall, measured locally and/or at our discretion.
  • Additional charges may apply for snowfalls over 12 inches.
  • Snow/ice removal packages are contractual and non-refundable — the specifics on your quote are part of that contract.

Property & Access

  • Lawn-Patrol is not responsible for damage to your property. Weed-eating around fencing, play systems and similar areas may cause surface imperfections.
  • If any other damage occurs during service, management will contact you immediately.
  • Clients receive a text notification with our estimated arrival time. Please keep gates and access points clear and unlocked.
  • If we cannot access your property and you do not respond to our attempts to reach you, a service fee applies.
  • Cancellation requires 24 hours notice before your scheduled service or you will be charged for that visit.
  • Lawn-Patrol reserves the right to refuse service for any reason.

Privacy

  • Your personal information and privacy are important to us. Lawn-Patrol does not sell or share your information with any third party for marketing purposes.
